What licenses and insurance do you carry?
Sonshine Homes is dual licensed with a General B (Residential Home Construction) and C-17 (Windows and Doors). We also carry General Liability and Commercial Auto Insurance as well as State Bond which provides extra protection for you and your home.
Do you offer products for every budget?
Yes, our goal is to provide the best product we can offer to meet both your project and budget needs. We have multiple quality products that can be utilized to balanced both quality and cost.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we partner with Acorn Financing who can provide no credit pull pre approval at any time throughout the planning process.They also offer multiple options to fund your project and meet your needs!

In most cases yes, and Our team will provide all basic documents needed for approval
How much does my permit cost?
Permit cost will vary based on cost of project and scope of work. This actual permit cost is a pass through to our customers as we do not believe we should charge anything beyond as this is part of what’s needed to complete your project.
What happens if my HOA requires approval?
Sonshine Homes will provide all documentation needed to submit application to HOA so that approval can be obtained. We can also help in communication as well to ensure all questions no matter how complex. Are being answered in a timely manner.
How long will it take from time contract is written to completed project?
All of our products are custom manufactured as opposed to something that could be purchased in stock. This ensures that all windows and doors are made specifically for your home and provide the best fit and finish. This usually takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks and could be closer to 10-12 weeks for special order doors.
